position statement

1. Lead the development of utility-scale, C&I energy storage, and PCS platform products, with overall responsibility for project execution and delivery against project objectives.

2. Define project objectives and execution strategies, develop project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk, and ensure effective project execution.

3. Establish and lead cross-functional project teams, conduct project kick-off meetings, and manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Monitor project progress and regularly communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders.

5. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve issues related to product design, engineering, manufacturing, cost, quality, and project delivery.

6. Lead and coordinate project team activities, providing direction, performance feedback, and accountability throughout project execution.

7. Continuously improve project management processes and best practices by driving process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

job requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of project management experience in utility-scale or C&I energy storage product development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial products.

3. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and XMind. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

4. Familiarity with IPD or APQP methodologies and the full product development lifecycle. An R&D background is preferred.

5. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Senior / Principal Certification Engineer
Department: Product Management Department

position statement

1. Manage product certification projects for utility-scale energy storage systems, C&I energy storage systems, PCS, and related products, ensuring certification activities are completed on schedule.

2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Product Management, R&D, and Procurement, to define certification requirements and drive timely execution.

3. Work closely with third-party certification bodies to develop certification plans, coordinate testing activities, and resolve technical issues throughout the certification process.

4. Identify project risks, provide timely risk assessments, and proactively resolve issues that could impact project schedules.

5. Review and verify technical documentation to ensure compliance with applicable certification requirements.

6. Drive issue resolution throughout the certification process and minimize certification-related project risks and delays.

job requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5–7 years of experience in the PCS or energy storage industry. Experience with a third-party testing or certification laboratory is preferred.

2. Solid understanding of certification standards and testing requirements for battery systems, PCS, and energy storage products.

3. Familiarity with UL, IEC, and other applicable regulatory standards, as well as PCS grid interconnection requirements, certification procedures, and testing processes.

4. Familiarity with relevant standards, including IEC 62619, UL 1973, IEC 62477-1, UL 9540, and EN 50549-1/-2.

5. Fluent written and spoken English.

6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
