3. Manage product portfolio strategy throughout the product lifecycle, including product launch and phase-out planning. Develop product collateral and marketing materials, and deliver product and technical training to regional sales teams.
4. Work closely with regional product managers and sales teams to provide product expertise and technical support, address customer requirements, and support business development activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Electrochemistry, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the energy storage industry or a related field.
3. Familiarity with industry standards, technical specifications, and new product development processes.
4. Solid understanding of energy storage systems, including electrical, mechanical, thermal, and software design, as well as key components such as PCS, EMS, and battery systems.
5. Strong learning agility, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Manage product certification projects for utility-scale energy storage systems, C&I energy storage systems, PCS, and related products, ensuring certification activities are completed on schedule.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Product Management, R&D, and Procurement, to define certification requirements and drive timely execution.

3. Familiarity with UL, IEC, and other applicable regulatory standards, as well as PCS grid interconnection requirements, certification procedures, and testing processes.
4. Familiarity with relevant standards, including IEC 62619, UL 1973, IEC 62477-1, UL 9540, and EN 50549-1/-2.
5. Fluent written and spoken English.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
