Sustainability Roadmap
Jinko ESS has established a clear ESG strategic pathway centred on its sustainability objectives. ESG strategy and targets provide top-level direction, with coordinated action across technology, business operations, the supply chain and the organisation. Our four core implementation pillars — Sustainable Products, Sustainable Production, Sustainable Organisation and Sustainable Value Chain — extend across product design, manufacturing and operations, as well as upstream and downstream collaboration. Systematic and digital capabilities strengthen data management and process control, while compliance management provides the foundation for an internally and externally connected, closed-loop ESG management approach that continues to advance the company’s high-quality and sustainable development.
Sustainability Governance Framework
Engaging with the Global Sustainability Agenda
About the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) The United Nations Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. Based on Ten Principles covering human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption, it calls on companies to embed sustainability in their strategies and operations and to advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through collaboration and partnerships.
Jinko ESS Joined the UNGC in 2026
Jinko ESS is committed to upholding the Ten Principles and integrating the SDGs throughout its management and operations. We put sustainability principles into practice across our business, strengthen compliance and governance, enhance long-term resilience, and work with stakeholders to create broader social and environmental value.

Human Rights Management
Jinko ESS strictly adheres to international principles and initiatives, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Labour Organization conventions, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and codes of conduct for multinational enterprises. We clearly define our commitments, principles and positions on human-rights management and set out commitments and actions to protect the human rights of our employees, supplier employees and other stakeholders.
Growth and Development
Jinko ESS regards employee growth and development as a core driver of sustainable business success. We provide multiple career pathways and a structured performance-management framework, supported by systematic training and talent-development programmes that strengthen employee capabilities and organisational vitality.
Remuneration and Benefits
Guided by the value of putting contributors first, Jinko ESS has established a comprehensive remuneration, benefits and employee-care framework. This enhances employee satisfaction and sense of fulfilment while creating a stable, supportive and people-centred working environment.
Operational Safety
Jinko ESS strictly complies with applicable laws and regulations and maintains a comprehensive production-safety management system with clear accountability. We have also established a robust emergency-management framework and conduct regular drills. Through systematic training, safety-culture development and employee participation, we continuously raise safety awareness and management standards across the workforce, reduce safety risks and improve safety performance.
Occupational Health
Jinko ESS continues to improve its occupational-health management system through formal policies, the identification and testing of occupational hazards, and health surveillance throughout the entire process. We also strengthen the management of personal protective equipment and occupational-health training and communications, continually raising employees’ awareness of health protection.
Compliance Management System
Jinko ESS has established a compliance management system aligned with ISO 37301. Based on the three lines of defence, the system embeds compliance requirements into business decision-making and end-to-end operational processes, supporting continuous improvement in compliance management.
Building a Culture of Compliance
Jinko ESS places strong emphasis on building a culture of compliance, embedding compliance principles into its corporate values and day-to-day management. Every employee is expected to understand and remember our compliance policy, and we maintain zero tolerance for deliberate or malicious violations. Compliance-management workshops, warning-based education and other awareness-building tools help employees learn leading principles and practical methods.
Grievance and Whistleblowing Mechanism
Jinko ESS continues to standardise the channels and methods available to employees and all other stakeholders for grievances, complaints and whistleblowing, together with the procedures for handling reports and measures to protect whistleblowers.
