Future Talents
Qingmiao Charitable Foundation
The company established the Shangrao Qingmiao Charitable Foundation (formerly the Jinko Qingmiao Foundation) as its primary platform for external charitable initiatives. The Foundation continues to enhance its governance and programme management, supported by a professional team of full-time and part-time members. With a focus on nurturing future talent, it is committed to supporting young people in achieving their potential.
Qingmiao Experimental Primary School
Since 2018, Mr. Xiande Li, Chairman of JinkoSolar, has donated over RMB 20 million through the Foundation to establish Hengfeng Qingmiao Experimental Primary School. The school provides educational resources for approximately 1,200 students across 24 classes. In addition, company executives jointly established the “Singularity” Scholarship to help pupils pursue diverse development pathways based on their interests and potential, alongside ongoing seasonal and festive care initiatives.
Educational Scholarships and Grants
The company continues to support education and talent development. In 2023, it established the “Jinko Freshman Scholarship” at Fudan University to support students from Shangrao in their studies, development and exchange opportunities. It also partnered with Shanghai International Studies University to establish an academic development fund supporting legal education, talent development and academic research.
University–Industry Collaboration
The company has established employment-practice and postgraduate-training partnerships with universities including Nankai University, Central South University and Ningbo University, providing students with practical learning platforms and industry-based training opportunities. In 2024, it held the inaugural “Zero-Carbon Innovators” Global Business and Technology Challenge, attracting more than 100 teams from over 80 universities worldwide and using innovation-led competition to foster talent for the new energy sector.
Community Service
Supporting Left-Behind Children at Dadi Primary School
The company remains committed to children's development and local education development. In 2023, company volunteers visited Dadi Primary School in Dongtuan Township, Shangrao Economic and Technological Development Zone, to support left-behind children. They donated learning materials and everyday essentials and spoke directly with pupils to better understand their educational and daily needs, providing care and support.
Supporting Left-Behind Children at Jiaxuan Primary School
The company continues to support regional education through charitable education programmes and dedicated funds. In 2023, it established the “Qingmiao” Teacher and Student Scholarship Fund at Yuhuan Middle School, with a total planned value of RMB 10 million, to provide ongoing support for teacher development and student growth. By the end of 2024, RMB 2 million had been donated.
World Earth Day Environmental Campaign
Alongside its support for education, the company actively promotes green and low-carbon awareness. In 2023, Jinko and its partners organised a World Earth Day environmental campaign featuring environmental-awareness lessons and themed art activities for pupils. “Green Earth”, a public-interest artwork created by pupils at Hengfeng Qingmiao Experimental Primary School, was subsequently added to the collection of the United Nations Global Compact, helping to share environmental values with a wider audience.
PV+ESS for Social Impact
The company actively applies integrated PV+ESS technology in social-impact settings, using energy solutions to improve community infrastructure and enhance access to reliable energy.

Kalobeyei Settlement Microgrid Project, Kenya

To provide the Kalobeyei Settlement in Turkana County, Kenya, with reliable electricity supply network, the company worked with multiple partners to deliver an integrated PV+ESS microgrid. The project combines high-efficiency photovoltaic modules with a containerised energy storage solution, comprising a 500 kW solar PV system and 1,104 kWh of battery storage. It enables more than 2,700 community users to access a reliable electricity network and was recognised in the Wallstreetcn ESG Innovative Practices List in 2023.

Addis Ababa Environmental Protection Authority PV+ESS Project, Ethiopia

In 2025, the company supported the upgrade of a PV+ESS system for the Addis Ababa Environmental Protection Authority, assisting with project delivery, equipment deployment and technical training. The installation comprises a 10.53 kW solar PV system and 38.4 kWh of battery storage. It provides a replicable model for community-based clean energy applications, strengthening local clean-energy capabilities and supporting sustainable community development.

PV+ESS Power Station at a Zambian Technical and Vocational College

In 2024, the company worked with partners to build a PV+ESS power station at a technical and vocational college in Zambia, supporting off-grid electricity supply and renewable-energy education on campus. The project generates approximately 60,000 kWh of electricity per year and includes 96 kWh of battery storage. In addition to providing a reliable power supply for teaching buildings, it creates practical training opportunities for renewable-energy students and supports the development of vocational education and wider access to green energy.
