Future Talents
Qingmiao Charitable Foundation
The company established the Shangrao Qingmiao Charitable Foundation (formerly the Jinko Qingmiao Foundation) as its primary platform for external charitable initiatives. The Foundation continues to enhance its governance and programme management, supported by a professional team of full-time and part-time members. With a focus on nurturing future talent, it is committed to supporting young people in achieving their potential.
Qingmiao Experimental Primary School
Since 2018, Mr. Xiande Li, Chairman of JinkoSolar, has donated over RMB 20 million through the Foundation to establish Hengfeng Qingmiao Experimental Primary School. The school provides educational resources for approximately 1,200 students across 24 classes. In addition, company executives jointly established the “Singularity” Scholarship to help pupils pursue diverse development pathways based on their interests and potential, alongside ongoing seasonal and festive care initiatives.
Educational Scholarships and Grants
The company continues to support education and talent development. In 2023, it established the “Jinko Freshman Scholarship” at Fudan University to support students from Shangrao in their studies, development and exchange opportunities. It also partnered with Shanghai International Studies University to establish an academic development fund supporting legal education, talent development and academic research.
University–Industry Collaboration
The company has established employment-practice and postgraduate-training partnerships with universities including Nankai University, Central South University and Ningbo University, providing students with practical learning platforms and industry-based training opportunities.
