Jinko ESS has established and continues to improve its supply-chain management system, including supplier onboarding, assessment, performance management and exit mechanisms. We manage supplier quality, delivery capability and ESG performance throughout the process. Suppliers that do not meet our requirements are subject to corrective action, removal or blacklisting, helping us continually optimise the supplier base and strengthen supply-chain stability and sustainability.

Jinko ESS is actively developing a compliant supply-chain traceability system to address increasingly stringent international regulatory requirements and supply-chain risks. By establishing end-to-end traceability from raw materials to finished products, we continue to improve traceability-management processes and define requirements for managing data and information flows, ensuring transparency and control throughout the entire process from raw materials to finished products.

Based on international standards and regulatory requirements — including the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and applicable laws and regulations — Jinko ESS has established a systematic due-diligence management framework and continues to integrate due-diligence management into corporate governance and day-to-day operations.
