Jinko ESS signed a landmark framework agreement, further consolidating the strategic partnership between both parties in the field of large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS). The agreement was signed at METLEN's Athens headquarters, establishing a cooperation framework for the deployment of over 3 GWh of energy storage projects in Chile and the European market. This collaboration centers on the 1.6 GWh project currently underway in Chile, where Jinko ESS will provide its cutting-edge G2 Utility series energy storage systems, with full delivery to be completed by Q4 2025.

The system is specifically designed for Romania's complex climate conditions, featuring an intelligent battery management system, five-layer safety protection, IP55 rating, and advanced liquid-cooling technology that maintains cell temperature differences within 2.5°C, demonstrating Jinko ESS's firm commitment to driving the regional clean energy transition.
