2. Perform battery pack- and system-level thermal simulations, including cooling unit selection, piping layout, pressure drop analysis, thermal propagation and thermal runaway design, and integration with the SCU.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Refrigeration Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Engineering Thermophysics, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in energy storage, new energy vehicles, or related industries.
2. Experience designing and simulating thermal management systems for utility-scale energy storage containers, C&I energy storage cabinets, or battery packs. Strong knowledge of liquid cooling and air cooling systems, with a solid understanding of battery thermal management system architecture.
3. Ability to independently perform system-level thermal simulations. Proficient in at least one thermal simulation tool, such as STAR-CCM+, FloEFD, Fluent, FloTHERM XT, or Amesim.
4. Proficient in at least one CAD software package, such as CATIA, Creo, or AutoCAD.
5. Familiarity with thermal management control strategies for energy storage systems is preferred.
