Recently, Jinko ESS, a highly innovative provider of energy storage solutions, together with various partners, successfully deployed three commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage projects, providing stable and efficient clean power supply to enterprises in Weifang (Shandong), Jining (Shandong) and Dalian (Liaoning). The projects adopted Jinko’s SunGiga Dolphin C&I energy storage system and operate under the efficient “self-consumption with PV-storage integration” model, which aligns with national green development policies and responds to the urgent demand of local enterprises for low-carbon transformation.

Project overview:

• Shandong Weifang Lixing Machinery Co., Ltd.: In cooperation with Zhongketou (Shandong) Energy Group Co., Ltd., Jinko ESS provided two sets of SunGiga energy storage systems.

• Shandong Jining Dongnanshan Ecological Farm: In partnership with Sinaike PV Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd., Jinko ESS provided two sets of Dolphin energy storage systems.

• Liaoning Dalian Sendaway New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.: In collaboration with Huakai (Dalian) New Energy Co., Ltd., Jinko ESS provided one set of SunGiga energy storage system.

As winter approaches, reliable power supply is particularly critical for enterprises in northern regions. The Dolphin C&I energy storage system effectively regulates electricity demand by storing power during off-peak periods and discharging during peak periods, creating better economic benefits for enterprises. In addition, the system helps enterprises increase their self-generated power utilisation rate, further reducing reliance on the grid, alleviating winter power shortages, and providing ample power security for local businesses.

The Jinko Dolphin C&I energy storage system features an innovative modular design that allows for easy expansion according to project requirements, and integrates an advanced power conversion system (PCS) and lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. The Dolphin is designed to reduce installation time and footprint, with strong adaptability and high efficiency. At the same time, its C5+ anti-corrosion protection and circulating liquid cooling technology ensure long-term safe and efficient operation, while five-level fire protection adds an extra layer of safety.
